TERMS + CONDITIONS

 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION:  Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled unless the shipment is unavoidably delayed. In this case, we will do our best to cancel the order if requested.

PAYMENT TERMS, SHIPPING FEES, AND TAXES / DUTIES:  Please be aware that for “pre-sale” transactions, you should expect a delay of approximately 3 to 4 months between the date you place your order and the date that the Product is ready for shipment.  If you are shipping within the United States of America, sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to New York State.  We accept payment for all purchases through third-party payment processors.

SHIPPING POLICY:  We offer free standard shipping.  Please note that the posted shipping time frame, if provided, may vary from item to item.

RETURN POLICY:  rouxroo offers complimentary standard shipping, though return shipments must be paid for by the customer. We are pleased to accept timely returns of unused, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 30 days from the date you received your order. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, and other signature packaging materials.  There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns. Returns are eligible for store credit or refund to your original method of payment, where applicable.  If you would like to return an item, sign in to your rouxroo account and click “Returns” under “My Account.” Select “View Recent Shipments” and click “Request Return” under the item(s) you wish to return and complete the pop-up page to generate your prepaid shipping label and instructions.

CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONS:  On occasion rouxroo issues promotional codes, site credits, and similar “gift certificates” that will provide a credit towards a rouxroo.com purchase when redeemed at checkout.  Multiple promotional codes may not be used for one order transaction.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:  Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.  You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Initiate a return from the My Account page- an RMA code will be assigned to your order.
2. Mail your returned item to: 194 Greene Avenue, Brooklyn, NY, 11238
3. Include in your package the original receipt and RMA code.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS:  Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

EXCHANGES:  All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.  We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

EXCHANGES:  If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different item of equal value.  You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

PAYMENT POLICY:  Accepted Methods of Payment:  Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)

CREDIT CARD CHARGES:  Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.  If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

ORDER TRACKING:  If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES: We provide FREE SHIPPING for all our orders!  Customer must pay shipping on returned items.
